How we collect, use and protect the information you share with us.
Kentucky Grassroots Election Integrity Alliance (“KGEIA,” “we,” “us”) is a grassroots unincorporated association working toward fair, accurate and trustworthy elections in Kentucky. This policy explains how we handle information collected through this website.
When you use our contact form, we collect the information you choose to give us: your first and last name, email address, phone number (optional) and message. You don’t need an account to use this site, and we don’t ask for sensitive personal information.
Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically record basic technical details such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit.
We use what you send us to reply to your message, share information about volunteering or events you asked about, and keep this website running well. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.
This site is built and hosted on Webflow, which may set cookies needed for the site to work. No analysis is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
We share information only with service providers that help run this website, such as Webflow, which processes our form submissions, or when the law requires it.
Our site links to other websites, including our Facebook group and the Election Integrity Network. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we aren’t responsible for how they handle your information.
We keep form submissions until the group can adequately respond to requests, no longer than one (1) year.
This site isn’t directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their personal information.
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information you’ve shared by emailing kgeia.info@yahoo.com.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
